Jeff previously founded Delve Research, Washington’s premier strategic intelligence and risk advisory firm, delivering critical insights to the practitioners and advocates of free enterprise in highly regulated and heavily scrutinized industry sectors.

Jeff has spent nearly three decades at the intersection of politics, strategy, and technology, including managing research and communications operations at The White House, U.S. State Department, and major industry and advocacy organizations.

Recognized by POLITICO as an “opposition research and policy ace” and The Daily Beast as “one of the best-known policy and opposition researchers in D.C.,” he served on staff or advised five major presidential campaigns and worked for five chairmen across six election cycles at the Republican National Committee, guiding research and rapid response work.
